Embroidery and farming are a bit similar. The action of threading a stitch by stitch through a cloth is like planting a strand of rice or dropping a seed one by one. In both of them, I can silently concentrate on the detailed movements of the repeated fingertips and feel a sense of calmness

and peace of mind. Maybe that's why I like both.
